Before a Loss
We will work with our customers and their brokers to understand everyone’s needs and where appropriate, to make sure customers and brokers have direct access to individual claims handlers. We are more than happy to meet with our clients and brokers on a regular basis to ensure that everyone understands our proactive approach to claims handling and settlements, our methodology adopted with the setting of reserves and value add expertise that we can bring to the table.
After a Loss
Claims is our business. We are equipped to handle all claims from minor motor claims to catastrophe events and have expert claims handlers there to guide our customers and our brokers. We want what you want i.e. our claims to run smoothly with no surprises and quick regular payments. We also know that when our customers have a loss it’s not just about insurance and we are there to hold your hand through difficult times.
